We believe you will be 100% satisfied with our merchandise. However, it is important to know just how

quickly you can expect to receive your merchandise upon order and what the policy is for refunds.

Shipping Policy

At this time, the rug manufacturer does not ship outside of the continental US. In the past, we have gladly arranged shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada through USPS. This will require additional shipping time and fees. Please contact us by email or phone to discuss your shipping options.

All designer rugs are custom made to order in the USA. Area rugs ordered from this site are typically shipped within 7-10 business days of their order. We use UPS Standard shipping. Once your designer rug has shipped, we will email you a confirmation which will include the UPS tracking # for your shipment.

Return Policy

We can only accept returns for orders within 30 days of their delivery time. For all returns, with the exception of a manufacturer defect, customers are entitled to a 75% refund on the price of the rug upon return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items ordered using daily deal special offers are eligible for 100% refunds minus shipping and handling charges (including return shipping) for items returned within 30 days of original order.
